Shanghaifoodtour provides B2B logistics consulting for supply chain optimization, customs documentation management, and streamlining international transport routes. Services do not include the physical transportation of goods, but only analysis, planning, and documentary coordination.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (specifications, quantities, deadlines). Shanghaifoodtour is not liable for delays or damages caused by third parties (carriers, customs authorities, suppliers). Any recommendation provided is based on the information available at the time of the analysis.
The total liability of Shanghaifoodtour for any direct loss or damage is limited to the value of the fee paid for the respective service. We assume no liability for indirect losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or additional transportation costs.
All data shared during the consultation is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, except as required by law. Security measures include communication encryption and restricted access to documents.
The consulting contract is concluded for the duration specified in the offer. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, without penalties. In case of non-payment or serious breach of terms, Shanghaifoodtour may immediately suspend services.
